General Information
The Williams & Lee Community Center opened in October 2019 and is one of the newest event spaces in West Baton Rouge Parish. It is owned and operated by West Baton Rouge Parish Parks & Recreation.
All bookings and rentals for the Williams & Lee Community Center are handled through the WBR Parks & Recreation Office at the WBR Community Center in Port Allen.
Facility Amenities
Capacity: 250 guests (without tables and chairs); approximately 125 guests with seating arrangements.
Tables & Chairs: 34 round tables (60”), 6 rectangular tables (3’x6’), and approximately 200 banquet-style chairs.
Commercial Kitchen: Equipped for catering and food preparation.
Covered Drive-Thru Entrance: Provides easy guest drop-off and accessibility.
Covered Outdoor Cooking Area: Ideal for BBQs and outdoor food preparation.
Note: Amenities are provided at no extra charge but are not guaranteed as part of the rental contract.

Booking Guidelines
Resident Priority: Only West Baton Rouge Parish residents may reserve the center.
Proof of Residency Required: Must provide a driver’s license, voter registration card, or two current bills with the renter’s name and address.
Advance Wedding Reservations: Residents booking weddings can reserve up to one year in advance.
Rental Fees
Weekend Rental (Fri-Sun): $250 per day + $250 refundable deposit.
Weekday Rental (Mon-Thurs): $125 per day + $250 refundable deposit.
Wedding Bookings: $500 total (booking fee + deposit) due at the time of reservation.
Accepted Payments: Check, Money Order, or Credit/Debit Card (3% non-refundable convenience fee applies). NO CASH.
