All contractors bidding jobs in West Baton Rouge Parish will need to register or renew for the current year. WBR Parish Community Planning and Development will mail a renewal form in November of each year to insure your company has adequate time to prepare for the new working year. All documents on the renewal form must be turned in before a permit will be issued. If you do not know the status of your companies registration please contact permits@wbrcouncil.org.
