Come for a closing event celebrating two exhibits, From Sugar to Rum and Women of the Blues. The evening will begin with a visit from Three Roll Estate, Louisiana’s single estate distillery for a Rum Talk/Tasting followed by a screening of the film, Carol Fran: Tous Les Jours C'est Pas La Même, Every Day Is Not The Same. Director/filmmaker and cultural anthropologist, Becky Schexnayder of Coulée Productions will be present to introduce the film and conduct Q&A following. FREE
