Utilities Online Bill Pay

IMPORTANT INFORMATION --- PLEASE READ!!!

POLICY CHANGES

Effective May 1, 2017:

THERE ARE NO AFTER HOURS TURN-ON'S OR RECONNECTIONS.

WE DO NOT GUARANTEE SAME DAY RE-CONNECTIONS.

As of May 1, 2017, West Baton Rouge Parish Natural Gas & Water Systems will no longer guarantee same day reconnects, nor will we offer after hour reconnects. This means, should your services be disconnected for any reason, they may not be reconnected until the following business day.

Tampering with the locking device is not allowed…should a lock and/or valve or any other equipment be broken, a fine will be assessed and charges may be filed against the customer.

  • We offer multiple ways for our customers to pay their bills:
    1. Port Allen office, with in office payments and drive thru payments.
    2. Brusly Office on E. St. Francis, with a drive thru.
    3. We have night depositories located at both our Port Allen and Brusly locations.
    4. A drop box located at the Addis Town Hall.
    5. We offer Bank draft free of charge, we draft on the 5th of each month.
    6. Payments can be mailed in.
    7. Online payments can be made on our website.
    8. Credit card payments are taken in the office and over the phone.

West Baton Rouge Parish Natural Gas & Water Systems will require a natural gas deposit of $125.00, water deposit of $25.00, and a garbage deposit of $25.00, for all new homeowners and renters. All current homeowners and renters at their current location as of April 30, 2017, will be grandfathered in and not required to pay a deposit. Should they move to a new location, a deposit will be required.

If your services have been unlocked during working hours and you were not home for our technician to turn on your services, we can ONLY UNLOCK the meters and you must turn on the meter(s) yourself.




West Baton Rouge Parish is pleased to provide a portal for online utility account viewing, management, and payments. Utility customers have options to create an account to view bill information such as current balance, next due date, current payments, payment history, usage and adjustments. Or customers can choose the Pay Bill Now option that will allows payments without registering. Credit and Debit card payments can be made by using Visa and MasterCard.

If you have not previously created an online account with us, please have a recent utility bill in front of you. Complete our online registration form with each item listed below.
  • Account Number (Between 9 & 10 Digits)
  • Customer Name (First & Last Name)
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Address
  • Current Email Address
  • User ID (minimum of 8 characters & must contain at least one letter and one number)
  • Password (minimum of 8 characters & must contain at least one uppercase letter, one lowercase letter and one number)
  • Security Question & Answer

If you want to use the Pay Now option, please have the items listed below.

  • Account Number (Between 9 & 10 Digits)
  • Customer ID
  • Contact Phone Number
  • Card Information, including card type, card holders name, card number, expiration date, card code and the card billing address.
  • Payment Amount

There will be a $2.75 convenience fee for all credit/debit card transactions.

 

 

Please note that online bill payments may take up to 4 days to post.

If your services have been disconnected, paying online will not have the services re-connected immediately. You must pay in the offices or over the phone to be reconnected. Service Charges/Reconnect fees are not accepted through the online payment system.
